I have searched the boards and have not found a thread on power window mods.. My question is it possible to make the window switch one touch down and/or one touch down/up?

sorry i've never seen it done with a neon, and i searched around also and came up empty handed.
I know it's possible, it just may not be easy. I did find a forum showing how to do it on a dodge ram from the same era as our cars. That task may be very similar as i know dodge shared a lot of parts across the lineup as much as they could.

You'd need the module that controls the one-touch feature, coupled with a switch designed for it (they usually have a two-stage click; full press for auto-down or up, and just toggle for regular up/down). You can likely hack one in, I would be surprised if the Neon power window connector was used elsewhere though.
Ive had it on all of my neons. Get a DEI 535t you have type C rest at gound switches. It takes 4 wires in each door. 2 for the motor and 2 for the switch direction signal. Easy.
