Alright I am getting ready to install this (finally.) Am wondering what fittings I will need to connect it to the fuel lines used with the catch can in my car. Picture included will show that I plan on replacing the check valve in place of the fuel fitting near the throttle body.... any idea what I can use/do to make this work easily and have a good solid fit.

I was planning on using the fuel lines since they are already there yes, and I know that is where the CV has to go, I am asking what fittings I would need to connect them securely to the fuel line, or if it would be easier to go with another kind of line and what to use then.

Alright I am not very knowledgeable about these types of fittings, what exactly would make it a -6? I assume it is something to do with size, assuming since it is -6 and I have a 3/8 check valve it means something like 6/16"? And how will I mount these fittings to the actual line? Is there some sort of crimping within the fittings?

The only thing AN sizing tells you is the outside diameter of the hose. The inside size will vary based on material, wall thickness and brand. -6 AN is 3/8 inch hose. There is absolutely no reason to waste money on braided hose for this application. You definitely want to use hose that will not collapse under heat and vacuum though.

just go to lowes and match the check valve with the fitting you need, i did the same thing, go to auto zone or advanced and get 3/8's fuel line, you need barb fittings for each side.
