Make your own bumper, honestly it seems hard, but use plastic and create a template Mold it and make it from carbon fiber. I've already made a carbon fiber dash for my Bagged Sebring, made it have my air pressure gauges in the dash looks sick, wasn't hard, but time consuming

 

Looks a lot like the rear diffuser found on SRT8 Chargers. There was also a less aggressive version offered on R/T Chargers w/ the road and track package and through the Mopar parts catalog.
