We just got our new car catalogs here at the dealership today and right on the front cover is a 2005 Neon with the "SRT Design Appearance Package." It has a similar front fascia, the power bulge hood and dual exhaust like a RT. Sounds like the SRT-4 is going to get a slow reputation when these start hittin the streets.

I'm not sure if I'm correct, but I believe all the SXT's with SRT-4 appearance package are at least 5-spds. At least all the ones I have seen on the dealership lots have been standards. Least they have enought common sense not to put them on an automatic...hopefully!

 

who cares if people think the regular SRT is slow! it will give them a chance to see the 'srt-4' logo on the back of the car.

Even if Dodge had a 1 hour special on prime time talking about the SRT most people on the street that don't know jack about cars will point and go "oh look that must be the new Neon".
