but it could have been worse.. anyways we can drive the car .. it just wont have a front end :?

Pain! What the hell are you doing man? Do you have a joint checking account with her too? She's already got half of what you own...that's ridiculous!!! Do you know how often women take men to the cleaners, money wise? You need to pay her what she has paid half for so you own that car completely because if you two ever break up (and if you are young you probably will) you'll be paying out of your ass in court.
