Yeah, I'm ready to just go and find another car. As many of us have heard last weekend was supposed to be Miami's launch of the car (I still don't know if they even got the cars) and this coming weekend was supposed to be Tampa's launch of the cars (I live in Tampa), as soon as I heard this I called my dealer (Plaza Dodge) and asked him if it was true, he said yes, that the cars are pre-spec and they're just going to be arriving and he'll let me know when they arrive, and that it would be anytime between monday and next sunday. He said to call back and he'll know what colors he is getting on monday. Well I got an email from Jerry Ulm Dodge saying the exact same thing that they'll be arriving this week. Yeah, I just got off the phone with my dealer to find out what color's he was getting, and he said how "he thinks he'll be getting a yellow one and it will be here about the 2nd week of march", I paused for a moment and said...well what happened with them coming in this week for this weekend, and what about Miami, don't they have their cars? And he said no, and that Dodge is waiting til the 2nd week in March to launch them. Well I got off the phone with him kinda pissed off at called Jerry Ulm and told them what my dealer had told me and they said that they have 6 deposits and that they can't take anymore and that they'll be getting their cars "in 8-10 days" according to Mark Silver and he was told by the local DM. Well I called back my dealer and he said how they were just telling me a story, and that he spoke with the local DM and the story he gave me was the right one, well I told him Jerry Ulm Dodge told me that they spoke with the DM and my dealer said they were just lying, they have no idea when the cars are coming in, and certainly not within 8 days. He said he knows for a fact that they will be getting theirs in the 2nd week of March or around then. And he said how he is only getting ONE CAR, the ONLY color I want is yellow, and he said he's pretty sure it will be yellow, if it isn't...I dunno what I'm going to do, cause I'm the first on the waiting list there. I'm so fed up with this I'm ready to go and find another car... :evil:

Some good news....possibly, after going on my rage for about an hour I remembered, well...south Florida is supposed to get them first...so I caleld Daytona Dodge, and they're the 3rd largest dealership in the state of Florida and I talked to the sales manager there and he said he KNOWS FOR A FACT AND IS POSITIVE AND ABSOLUTELY KNOWS that next week he is getting some srts. I called him and told him the story about my dealerships and he said "well...what about next week" and I must've asked him 50 times if he was SURE he was getting them next week and he said yes and I told him I'd be willing to drive the 115 miles to pick mine up, he said he has a few deposits but he's getting 4 srts that don't have deposits yet, so I asked him if I could put a deposit down over the phone and he said yes and he said that he's sure out of the 4 at least 1 will be yellow, so I'm going to call him back in a few hours and let you guys know how that went, we'll see if he knows what he's talking about...

Well, called the Daytona dealership back and AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :evil: :lol: :evil: :lol: :evil: , sigh...everything was good til he said they're marking them up 5,000 OVER STICKER PRICE AND ARE SELLING AT 24,995....PIECES OF SHIT.... :evil: , I ended up calling Naples Dodge and the guy there said he himself went to the class, their dealership is getting a few srts and none are reserved and they're getting them early-mid march, so...basically...I can either wait for my dealer to get his ONE srt and have a 25% chance of it being yellow, or I can deal with the Naples dealer and have pretty much a 100% chance of getting a yellow srt at the exact same time if not sooner, I gave the guy my name and number and he's calling me back tomorrow with all the questions I asked answered and he said if I'm serious about coming down there to buy one he'll give me a good deal, possibly less than sticker price , so we'll see, I'll let you guys know tomorrow
