I wouldn't. A PVO Engineer once mentioned that the OEM cam setting are optimal. Adjusting the gears to tweak more power might take 20+ dyno pulls. If you adjust slightly one way EGTs shoot through the roof and your turbo is glowing Red. If you go the other way you can destroy driveability for 2-5 HP.
I might add the cams but 12s might only add power where our powerband is at peak already not adding much under the curve.
