I can think of alot better ways to spend a grand or so. Mopar turbo upgrade comes to mind...

Only the rear bumper...I love it .....since the day I saw it on the yellow neon.

I like it, the fornt looks so so, the rear bumper looks toooo tall, it a nice style but RICEY lookin.

I wouldn't put that kit on it, it's a lil too ricey for me. That would be nice for a 03 Neon. I think PVO did a good job with the design. I might get a rear skirt for it, not as big and with less flare tho (still I might not).
