It looks good without the wing. I have the SXT wing and the reason i havent gotten rid of it yet is because of pics just like yours. No offense but i dont want four off colored dots on the trunk of my brand new car.

you guys don't like to have a stable car at high speeds i guess...huh, posers.
that wing is there cause the car will do 150+ mph. At those speeds you're gonna wish you had that wing.
Yea because im always doing 150+. Thats one of the dumbest things ive ever heard. My buddy has a turbo civic hatch that does 170+ with now wing and he didnt go flying off the ground. Ive had this car doing 135 with the SXT wing and no problems.

i dunno , the wing adds balance to the srt.
look at the picture w/ out it... . it just seems like the front is so busy and the back has nothing... no style or anything.
Now believe me, the wing may have been done a little different. but to an informal type of balance the wing is key.
either way, it shouldn't matter what we think, it should matter to you only.

riiiiiggggghhhhhtt.......any car that can go 150 deserves a huge ass wing on the back....you know, like a ferrari, or a lamborghini, or a viper......oh....wait, they dont have wings......
the car looks good man, ive been thinking about de winging mine, and your yellow srt has just pushed me that much closer to doing it....

I love these posts.

Hey clown, I DO drive at those speeds and the car is *get ready for this* STILL stable.

Ask any of the military guys over here in Germany and we'll tell you it makes no difference.

If that wing were _functional_ I would put it back on! It is my understanding that Dodge designed it in the wind tunnel specifically so it not add drag or disrupt the aerodynamics of the car (i.e. no downforce, it is just eye candy):

Look at any real racecar wing; notice the angle of attack, shape of the cross section, and the endplates? Now look at your wing and tell me how that "basket handle" could possibly provide any aerodynamic advantage. Man that wing is for posers! A simple NASCAR style trim tab would provide more High-speed stability!

Yes, I've had my wingless STR-4 to an indicated 153mph (probably around 145 actual) with no stability problems at all. If I was going road race the car
I'd put a big ass _functional_ wing on it and sacrifice top speed (due to drag) for hi speed stability and cornering speed. But the stocker? It is just a stuck on doodad to make the Neon _look_ racy; the epitome of "poser"/"rice".
