Hey guys, I ordered an MS IBC Gizzmo last week. Order number 278266. I got an order confimation email twice. The payment has been deducted from my bank account. But when I go on the site and try to track the order, I'm told no info is available. I know its Sunday, but the payment posted from my account on Thursday, so I'm not sure why it's been three days without any tracking info. This is the first time I've purchased from you guys, so I'm not sure if this is standard practice or not. Just let me know where I stand.

Please close this thread. I just called your Customer Service number and they gave me the tracking info. FANTASTIC Customer Service! Great job Modacar!
