When is the '04 srt-4 comming out? Anyone have any dates or updates? Also the mopar upgrades are supposed to be romered to come out with the new mopar performance catalog (supposed to come out last month) I guess they are waiting for the staged upgrades before releasing this years catalog.

as to when the 2004 is coming out and if it will cost more for the new things on it. if it's all just options than not that worried about it but if comes standard at the same price then will hold off.

I admit that I am like most really wanting info on it guess I will need to use a lil self controll. It's tough cause well we wont be geting any inmy area for a few months, and when we do like I said I want to get the most for my money. cause nothing sucks worse than getting a car then finding out 2 months latter that the new one has even more for same price.

kinda like people who bought 2002 RTs for the same price as an SRT4 :roll: LMAO but yeah the 04s are said to have a new tranny with LSD but i'll correct that person and say the it should be a revised T850 that has been fitted with an LSD stock.

where are most of yall getting info and ideas from about the 2004. I know that the longer I wait the more I will have to put towards the car, but at the same time the less I can do till then LOL

By July time frame, DCX will pass all info to the dealership concerning model year 2004.

However, lately, it has been a pattern for PVO to release PVO cars at the beginning of the year and not the standard September timeframe.

I just hope my dealers get the info soon enough for me to get the support I need (my parents are helping with this car. mom is willing but need pop to help too). I know sad that I need there help but cool that at least one of them is behind me getting it. Just that with the rumors about 2004 having more for same price means that I have to wait and see if it's true before they make desicion.

It definitely won't have the same price if they add an LSD. If they add anything else besides what is on the 2003's, you'll see a price increase.

1 more thing

I know its not part of this thred per-say but there are also rummors that upgrades and preformance parts are under warrenty. Now is this under Mopar warrenty or the whole car warrenty. The differnce between the two is that Mopar warrenty covers the part that you buy but not any dmg it might do if it goes up and voids anythign that it breaks, while a full car warrenty for it would mean that it is coverd just as if it was on the car in the first place as stock. any ideas?

So, if the 2004 offeres a new LSD, exactly how much might it cost to upgrade the 2003's? This is very important to me considering MD doesnt even have the 03 SRT's yet. I can wait and save more money for a downpayment if upgrading the LSD is going to cost rediculus amounts of money or is not possible at all.

the t850 tranny is fine. it is rated at 350 lb/ft officially. d/town on the .org said it will hold more than that.

If he gets one, I will be flying out there to check it out. However, not that early for the 2004.

PVO realeases and Dodge releases are not the same.
