I'm a CF junkie and have the trunk now with no hood :( Since I totalled it :crying:
Now I'm buying a SRT from a member here and want a new CF hood but I don't want the factory look. I had an IPP hood but I don't like the way it looked at the front bumper- Are there any other hoods out? I think FI has one that has a larger scoop?
TIA

Kaminari

It's beautifully done. You need to see it up close. Immaculate. There's a black border.... if you can see closely. Insulation inside, but expensive.

^ LOL......yeah, its a hit or miss with ViS Carbon Fiber Hoods. I bought one for my Protege5 and got lucky, hood was flawless and fit perfect. There hoods are of very good quality, but they have problems on there fitment at times. Not sure how there doing now with there newer hoods though.

Damn you Dom I know your stuff is the shazizlle but I don't want to factory look! How long until you guys come up with a non-oem looking hood? I might just have to wait!

I Like the factory hood, and I just think ours fixes all of it's shortcomings, no gap better grill, and that carbon fiber bling. There is a new hood in the works, but not until December, we just have too much going on right now to focus on it.
