yeah, my turbo feels like it has a small fluttering problem in 4th as well. mods are in sig. bump for info!
Weird noises
Ok so when I accelerate heavily in 4th at 3k rpm my boost gauge shakes between 19-20psi and at the same time its jumping its like you heard the turbo doing the same. The turbos kinda like fluttering. I believe its in 5th gear too. Checked for boost leaks and I have none.

Make sure your WGA arm isn't loose maybe?
