First, I got most of the info from the Tech Manuals. I am looking for the following specifications:

Cylinder Heads
Combustion Chamber CC's
Intake/Exhaust Port CC's (Stock and/or Ported)
Intake/Exhaust Flow Numbers (Stock and/or Ported)

Intake System
Runner Length
Runner Dimensions (Height and Width)
Throttle Body Flow (Stock, Ported and/or Aftermarket)

Short Block
Bearing Width (Mains, Rods, and Cam)
Piston's Compression Height
Piston's Dish/Dome CC's
Piston's Ring thickness and Oil Tension

That is all I can think of right now. Any info will be helpful

Well, my brother is a mechanic at a Dodge dealer and he can't find those kind of specs. I am looking for some one that has a second SRT-4 motor that is blueprinting it for a hardcore motor. Or someone that is in the process of disassemblying there motor for repairs or buildup.

Well, I found a strip lot that has a lot of leftovers from a totaled SRT-4 including a motor, tranny, turbo, and intercooler. I can make my own measurements and if anyone wants to know them check back with me in a few months
