If you haven't belive it can't do the 300MPH bit, well a turbo Suzuki Hayabusa did it 261MPH. The world's fastest 1300 cc bike and it is streetable. Look at the latest land speed records (Salt Flats).
it wont do 300mph. the turbo hayabusa was way over 400 hp and it weighs ~550# (with turbo and acc.) it also has WAY better aerodynamics than the tomahawk. the tomahawk is only 500hp with a 1500# dry weight. (almost 3 TIMES the weight)

"This NLR Turbo system has made over 400hp with 19 pounds of boost on my 1,363"
"After this was done we could have pumped the boost up to around thirty pounds
and tried for 250 mph however we needed to get on the road"
most importantly

"Aerodynamics becomes more important the faster you
go because the power required increases as the cube of speed - in other words, to
double your speed, you need eight times as much power to overcome aerodynamics.
You can quickly reach a point where speed is achieved more easily by improving
aerodynamics rather than adding horsepower."
