Does anyone know if you could slap a set of viper seats in the SRT. I think that would make it a SUPER BAD ASS :twisted: . I love the seats in the SRT but they are no Viper Seats. I have seen Viper seats on ebay and their is currently a set on their now (although I won't be bidding on them because I am still missing the car to put them in).

Does anyone think $1,250 for a new set of seats is a stupid Mod? I paid about that much for the leather upgrade in my PT. I would also be able to sell the stock seats and make some of my money back ( you know those Honda guys would kill for a set of seats like these).

Thats a lot of money bro. You can get a nice set of Recaros for like half that.

i know alot of 2nd gen neon owners that would love to buy some srt-4 seats......but 1300 for seats is a little steep

The viper seats and the SRT-4 seats are almost one in the same (less leather)

not quite.......i have the unique opportunity to have 4 srt-4's and one viper srt-10 in the showroom, and there is a big difference between the two seats besides the leather.........viper is more comefortable, has holes for racing harnesses, seats arent as narrow.......the srt-4 seats are based on the viper seats but they arent the same seats.....

I was thinking that I could go to a customs shop and get racing harness holes put in the SRT-4's seats. Would that be a cardinal sin or is it a good Idea?

Viper seats are way different than the SRT-4 stock seats. Check out the specs on the power rack that will adjust the seat for different body conform position.


However, not to be undone, the Recarros are good material, perfect for an average American sitting, and copy of the Viper SRT seating.
