Do boost levels change with the weather because when it's hot and humid i peak at 14 or 15 and drop to 13 or so but when it's cold i only peak at 13 and drop to 11 or 12. I'm stock

ohh yea weather cant directly affect a whole load of things :ahahahaha :buaaaa!: , air fuel ratio, spool up time,and peak psi along with all kinds of other stuff...
