I believe that piece is the same for all of the 2003+ Neons. Should still be able to find them at a local U Pull It, probably your best chance at this point. Been tempted to grab one myself just to put away for a rainy day (I guess super hot sunny day would be more appropriate in this case).

Neither has the turbo gauge pod but I think that it can be added to a regular Neon dash. I may be wrong though.
Model: DODGE NEON. Search for more parts for DODGE NEON. Condition: 0. Part Grade Abbreviations. cc = Credit Card size units. C = Greater than 200k miles. B = Greater than 60k miles and less than or equal to 200k miles but greater than 15k miles per year.
I didn't even think about it but it might very well be 2000 onwards uses the same upper dash. It always made me chuckle when people try to talk about the SRT-4 with "interior sucks". It is a 1999 design that was carried over for a model "refresh" in 2003 and lasted through the end of the PL Neon platform in 2005.
When you hear the word "interior" when comparing the SRT-4 to the 2003-2005 competitors, just interrupt the person "Wait, let's talk quarter mile". That's really the end of the discussion right there lol.
I agree. The problem is that DaimlerChrysler "decontented" the Neon every year and this is how it got its "cheap" reputation. To be honest though, I always wished that Daimler had offered a "Euro" options package that would have included what the BUX Neons came with (leather seats, side repeater turn signals, rear fog lights, rear adjustable headrests.. heck, even the fake wood trim on the dash but I know that most US buyers would have stopped before that LOL).
I noticed that MoparPartsGiant had a new dash cover on their website so I enquired as to the color. Here is their response about a dash cover that appears to be for the Neon/SRT-4 (part PQCC10074):
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. The Parts Specialist reviewed your inquiry per VIN provided and provided the following information;
- Yes part is dark slate grey. However, the part is discontinued.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Department"
Okay, so why is that part shown as being available on their website?
So many of these websites are poorly run or they are run by unscrupulous people who will leave ALL items up whether they have them or not in order to get the consumer to contact them, hoping maybe there are other items that can be sold to them. It's quite the crummy racket they have going on.
Thank you for contacting us. The Parts Specialist reviewed your inquiry per VIN provided and provided the following information;
Our website is just a general catalog of the parts we offer, it does not reflect live inventory. It gets updated once a month. This part will be flagged for the removal of the part from the website.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Department"
Too bad as this is the dash part the OP is looking for.
I'll bet you're right. This isn't the first time that I have run into websites that list parts as being in stock, charging your charge card immediately, informing you that the part is discontinued and the making you wait weeks for a refund.
Hello, thank you for contacting World Parts Direct! MOPAR does not state what color it is in their catalog. If you would like to verify that this part is correct for your vehicle, please send us the VIN of your vehicle. This ensures part fitment! We look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,
WPD
This is the response I got from this eBay seller who has a new dash posted.
QA05XDVAJ : CHRYSLER OEM. Genuine New OEM Parts. Just provide your VIN when purchasing in our easy, 3-step process to benefit from this optional courtesy. Don't have your VIN?. If we can't get the part you need, nobody can!
Hello, thank you for contacting World Parts Direct! I have checked your VIN in the MOPAR catalog, and the part number you are looking at is correct for your vehicle! This should be the original colored dash that came on your vehicle. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know!

I gave them the VIN for a 2002 Neon SXT that I used to own. I'm not sure about the boost pod and how it attaches to this dash but the OP might want to contact them with his VIN if he is interested in this part.
From their website: "Modern Performance used to offer the Neon SRT-4 Dash Cover from Mopar, but we made the decision to stop carrying them because the majority of them were arriving damaged from Mopar. This product should still be available through your local dealership, if you would like to try your luck with them. The Mopar part number is 0ZN07XDVAA."
I haven't tried ordering one from my Dodge dealership. I was just trying to help the OP find one for his SRT.
