I have an issue where my turn signals nor my hazards work. The switches will work and click into place just fine, but no lights or anything lighting up on the dash for it. All my fuses appear to be fine and nothing on the connectors look burnt out. Is the next step to replace the turn signal/hazard relay since they are in the same relay?

Using LED bulbs in the signal light circuit usually results in the lights flashing very quickly. Sometime this is referred to as hyperflashing. The problem is that the stock flasher relay is expecting a bulb with some resistance in the circuit and the LED bulb has very little resistance.

If that is the problem, the solution is to change the flasher relay to a LED flasher relay (EP27). LED relay can be found at NAPA or Amazon or elsewhere.

Your situation does sound slightly different. With LEDs in the rear and regular bulbs in the front, there may still be a problem even with the EP27 relay. You need to match the relay (LED or OEM) to the type of bulbs you want to use. I would change the front signal bulbs to LED and then use the EP27 relay.

See attached pdf from the SRT FSM.
It outlines the troubleshooting guide for the multifunction switch, just in case your issue is something other than the mix of LED and standard bulbs. Also describes how to change the flasher unit.

For more information, the headlight housing is the Spec-D halo headlights using LED hight beam and low beam bulbs, but then using the OEM flashers. Then, the tailights are the Spec-D LED's that uses the LED's to flash for turn signal. Would your solution be the same still?

The stock front Park/Turn Signal light bulb was a 3457AK.
When you use the term "OEM flashers", you are describing that light bulb (is that right?), not the flashing relay.

The front light bulb shown in the picture should be an LED also to be able to use the EP27 flasher relay.

Correct. I am describing the bulb being the OEM 3457AK. It's the orange colored one. Are you suggesting a swap out my bulb to an LED one as well and then changing the relay out to an LED one like you suggested? It would make sense if it caused the relay to go bad since the Spec-D taillights use LED but my front bulbs are still the 3457AK bulbs. What bulbs are you using for your front flashers?

I did not buy the bulbs from this source, but I used it to get the model number.

I was buying multiple sets at the time for two different SRT4s.

And these are plug and play with the regular bulbs in the Spec-D headlights? I'm also not sure as to which EP27 relay will fit. I know it's 5 prongs but does it matter which one I get as long as it's EP27 with 5 prongs?

I can only confirm what I did with my headlights. This was several years ago. I can't say if Spec-D lights are the same now as they were. I would assume they are.

With respect to the EP27 relay, there has to be 5 pins on the relay, the same as on the OEM relay. The wiring diagram confirms that all 5 pins are used in the circuit. The photo below is showing an image of EP27 from the Amazon website. The pins correspond to a stock OEM flasher unit.

It ended up being the relay. In fact, there was no relay in the slot. It turns out that someone else tried to do some BS and do without a relay because as soon as I plugged in my EP 27 relay they started working just fine again.
