Ok its probably a little to late and im just tired but i have always been curious (my friends call me whiskers cause im curious like a cat)...anyways, how do you guys tune your cars for everyday driving and then just turn the bottle on and spray??? How does your tune compensate for the added oxygen??? Do you just drive pig rich so you can hit the giggle juice whenever....but when your not spraying your way slower??? I hope this makes sense, just curious how the car adds enough fuel on its own to be safe...is it? or do you guys for lack of words De-tune our car for the option to use nitrous later on??? sorry if this makes no sense or their is a sticky covering this somewhere.... im looking to get some spray with a SST and full bolt ons, just wanna have it their in case someone runs there mouth thinking they saw all my car had before...

No need to D-tune anything. You will get the added fuel that you need via the fuel rail/fuel solniod. Most guys tune there nitrous shot via the pull pill. If they are pig rich while spraying the will go do a smaller fuel jet.

If I had a SAFC I would make a setting for non nitrous tune. Then I would set the SAFC back to stock settings and pull any extra fuel via the fuel jet for my nitrous setting.
i understand the whole jets thing....one nitrous solenoid....one fuel solenoid....but that covers all the extra fuel you need???? That fuel line taps into the actually fuel line going to the rail, correct???
For lack of a beter description, yes. the N20 "taps" in to and gets the needed fuel from the cars main fuel system. All tuning to the car should be complete before you attempt to add nitrous. Nitrous is a stand alone addition and has no effect on the cars tune. If you read through the stickies (cough, cough, mine :read: ) it may explain a lot more.
thank you..i have read through them in the past i guess i forgot..
