Hopefully I can find an answer here. My transmission periodically made a strange noise. For example, taking a left, or right hand turn in a higher gear/ low rpm. It sounds like a metal "clinking" noise. Only for about a second or two. Modifications up to this point are booger bushings and ACT clutch and flywheel. Any info/answers would be appreciated. Thanks
could be engine load? mine also makes a noise when turning a hard left or right which stresses the power steering pump and makes the clinking noise it also makes the noise when the ac is on but i could be wrong
Thinking about it, I would say it would be under load. If I remember right I believe it's even made this noise while going straight. Same situation though. Low rpm.
