Alright 3 months and 3200 miles...My first gear has always been jerky...and its almost impossible to put your foot on the gas when in first and be smooth...

but to my problem..when i am driving....and in all gears but mostly felt in lower gears, when i let off gas to let it decelerate the rpm's will stay, not drop...and the car will cruise....not slow down. lets say in 1st i can go to 15mph or so and let off...itll go down to about 10mph and then i feel like i pressed cruisecontrol..it will just stay at that rpm and speed. Also when in neutral and slowing down myrpm's will start at 950 or so and go up....w/out gas!? today i knew i had to post when my neutral hit 2k rpm w/out ever touching gas....what's going on???

Its going to the dealer sometime..just w/ school its near impossible...i will tell them this, how my shiftknob fell off, how its tough to go to 5th in the neutral position, etc... :buah:

Probably a vacuum leak in one of the lines... Its difficult to get back to idle speed when the engine can get air from someplace other than the throttle blade and IAC solenoid.
