ive posted another thread and now im tired or trying to figure out the problem.....my car stutters in boost....i used to boost 18spike and now its at like 14 cuz its so bad.....once i hit anything over 14 the car just stutters and goes nowhere.....i changed the plugs and gapped them to .035 and put in new msd wires thats when it worsened.....put back the stock ones and gapped at .045 still the same problem......someone said it might be a cam sensor so ill just let the mechanics at the dealer know....i wanna boost 18 again but its impossible....what else should i tell them to chekc out....fuel pump, injectors, cam sensor and plugs of coarse.....
at times from a dead stop it stutters like if it was missing something then drives ok after the stutter

had the TPS changed so thats not the problem but my AFR is at 11.0 at redline is it maybe dumping in too much fuel????...it just started yesterday with running shitty from a dead stop.....at high boost the needle stuters and the car goes KKKKKKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR really fast.... lol if that helps
KRRRRRRR at a boost level means the line to your BPV is probably unhooked. Mine did that.

As far as falling flat; is it falling flat at a given RPM or a given boost level. If it's at a given RPM then it's possibly the coil. Mine would work fine up until a certain point in the RPM range and then just do nothing. Call Modern Performance; they'll getcha one

Have u checked the coil? mine did the same thing and i had a bad connection were my safc was hook to the map signal wire...... If u havent checked the coil i would swap with a buddy one day its easy to remove just 4 10mm bolts. If that turns out to be the prob i have a msd coil that i will sell. I bought i t new and had it on my car for about a 2 maby 3 weeks.

hmmm which line is that and where does it go to???maybe i can check that before going to the dealers cuz im going out onight and early to the dealers tomm so maybe i can figure it out quick....
and yes im thinking it might be coil.....now at lets say 3800rpm in second gear when i go WOT it goes KRRRRRR and then bucks going into 10.0 AFR....
thats when i let offf
check the timing inspection port make shure you didnt jump timing .....just bump the starter you should see 1 mark on each cam gear they should point at each other level...

gotta say that im not familiar with this at all lol so i wont start with anything since i dont have time either.....welll i told them that ill take a mechanic for a drive.....my spike is at like 14max now so its not like im boosting like crazy
the timing cover has a lil plug in the middle turn it till you see the timing marks they should be pointing at each other
thanx so whats the BPV line???

There needs to be a vacuum line going to you blow off valve or bypass valve; whichever you have; that tells it to open at a certain pressure. The way it works is if the vacuum line is not hooked up it will open at 10 or so psi which is bad since you're trying to boost at more than 10psi. But if it's hooked to the vacuum port then it will always open at 10psi greater than the pressure in the intake manifold; like when you let off the gas and the turbo's still making pressure.
