i dropped my car off at the dealer's last night to get some work done....I.E- A/C compressor, and some valves....they already knew what it needed but they told me i had to wait around and tell them what was wrong...now come on morons they got the invoice RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM and i still gotta tell you whats wrong???

i hope it happens one more time...cuz hten my car is a lemon and ill get another SRT lol.....with 0 or close to 0 miles. :) :rofl:

Anyone else having problems with theyre local dealers??

When I brought mine in for some warranty work I was told to go to the service area. Went to service and told the guy "Im here to check the status on my SRT-4." He was like "Your what?" I said, "My SRT-4." He goes, "Huh?" So I say, "My NEON SRT-4." And then he's all like "Ooooh. Right, right." He checks and says its in the bodyshop. I go to bodyshop and they tell me its in the service area. Luckily the lady there got everything squared. Its like almost no one knows whats going on.

There is only one dealer in my area with a "certified SRT Dealer" in their lot. I went to a bunch of places and asked, "do you guys have an SRT-4" and all t hey reply is "what? you mean an SXT?".. Yeeeaaaah, no.it's a pain.. thankfully the dealer right next to ma house is the one who actually knows somewhat of them, and has o ne in the showroom.

I only have ONE dealership that is anywhere near me. And they are such clusterfucks if you will. i mean how are you going to tell me that there is nothing you can do to my car....they said that my SRT's A/C compressor was not under warranty at first. than i called back and i wanted to speak to a manager to get everything done the right way.....Next time this happens i will be writing a nice little letter to the CEO of this dealership. :)
