So, just to recap, this is your behavior?

  • Cold Start
    • Vehicle stalls and idles very poorly
  • Warm Start
    • Vehicle idles poorly
And when you unplug the IAC there is no change?

When iac is unplugged at cold temp stalls, upon removal of iac I cleaned it, blew into it and no air passed through

I don't understand.

Do your symptoms change when you unplug the IAC or does it keep acting the same?
So update, vent on driver side of valve cover is sucking in air, also now having rev issues when decelerating slowly goes down on rpm even when rolling in neutral

Do you happen to have a copy of the service manual? If not, use your favorite search engine and look for it with "filetype: pdf" inserted after the terms. remove the space between : and p
Yes, thats the fresh air make up tube, it connects the engine to the intake to draw in filtered air from the intake plenum. So that the PCV system can function.

Well it never sucked in air before? So all the re routing fixed it?
