Mike the Ogar broke his twice. You can just order that specific part and press the pins out of the shaft and replace it.

hmmm awhille back my shifter lost all gears coming out of 2nd....they said it was some sort of shift plate that broke....i think the black peice on top of that but im not sure...warrenty rulez

by any chance do you have a part number for that specific part(or does mike?). i could only get a quote for the whole assenbly that bolts to the tranny and it ended up being about 275... ouch. that one piece can't be much.
