Just trying to figure out why my a/f ratio is at 10 while idling.. any ideas? Sensors? Stage 3 stock turbo . Running rich little bit of black smoke. Could it be my exhaust? I have a shitty exhaust probably with a leak.
Srt4 A/F ratio is at 10!! What could be issue stock turbo. Stage 3.

10 to 1 is rich. it should idle at 14.7 to 1.
what does the scan tool show for long term and short term fuel trims?

Have you touched the map and tip sensor, the injectors, anything relating to fuel pressure? If not, then it sounds like the upstream o2 sensor fouled out and no longer communicates to the PCM the actual values.
