Hmmmm, I don't think I've seen plug with a threaded section that long. I know darn well that my 2.2 doesn't. Looking at ptdoityourself, they list it as the stock PT Cruiser plug though. Looks like Azone has not got the SRT in the system.

Glad it's not a SRT custom part, between the premium gas and the the Mobil 1 oil, wife grumbles about another prima donna vehicle (GLHS requires the best stuff too:)

Juat as a note for future reference, I don;t know if it aplies, but the older Turbo Dodges had a real problem with Platinum plugs. Not sure what it was. But I won't be using them.

My ex-Supra, and the MR2's, recommended NOT using platinum plugs. I also will NOT be using them in the SRT.

I'll be picking up a set from the Dodge dealer tomorrow and post the price.

Actually, there was a thread about mis-fires.

I wanted to change mine because of the MAP sensor / Rich mixture situation. They looked a little rough.

OK, back from the dealer (Chrysler dealer that is). They had the plugs in stock (for the PT Cruiser). I didn't check with the Dodge dealer on pricing, the Chrysler dealer is only about 3 miles from me.

Champion Copper PLus @ $ 2.75 each ($11.00 for 4+ tax)

Not that bad from a dealer.

13 ft. pounds according to the PT Cruiser website. It felt like that was about where the factory plugs were.

Many thanks to GLHS837 for the PT Cruiser link.. :D
