Get A Returnline And Turn The Fuel Psi Up And You Will Have Huge Gains If Not Id Say 16-17 Psi
re

Ok thanks a lot .. and other opinions??
I think with Stage 2 injectors and a return line you could safely support 16-17 psi. I would sell your stage 2 and just get some 750's and a dtec in addition to the return line. Then you could run 20-22 lbs on pump gas and put down 400whp.

You absolutely would need a wideband though no matter which way you go.

How much do wide bans go for ?? about ?
alrighty.. ok, i think i am going to go with the upgrade for my turbo, but do i NEED a wideban ? because if i dont than i wont get it right away, i will hold off on it and get it later, but if i need it i suppose i will spend the money to get it.. Let me know ..
buy the wideband very first! u can use that as soon as u get it. then get the fuel return line kit. u can also use that as soon as u get it. then save up for ur big turbo stuff. u'll need a fuel controller also before u turbo swap.
re

i already have a Fuel Controller. A SAFC ll ... so ya.. would i will prob buy ever thing at the same time.
Yeah man, get the wideband. It will give you alot more flexibility with that boost issue your having. Meaning you can turn up the boost as you'll go and you can monitor your engine as you do it! So hey, you might even be able to squeeze 18 psi if your wideband says its safe!!! Good luck with your endeavors!

ya.. i had 1 more question.. am i going to have to buy a new fmic??? Or would it be safe for me to still use my stock one.. and also my pistons and rods, are stock as well.. am i goin to have to replace that ?
depending on wat trim turbo ur have is weather u'll need that stuff. a after market fmic usually will flow better and a bigger one usually shows nice gains. the stock one kinda sucks honestly idk wat the boost lvls / hp lvls are on it so ima not goin to add to that. but with the pistons and rods i beleave there good up to like 500 hp and can hold quite a bit of boost considering wat i've and many other have put our rods and pistons through. 418whp/478ftq, on stock fmic and stock rods and pistons.... i know if i got a better fmic though i would see major gains.! its not cooling to well with that much boost

Well actually i got a question.. On AGPturbo.com, it says i could run the upgrade with just my stage 2, with 3" cold air intake, and 3" full piping... I was wondering if i could do that before i install a wideband, and return line kit... wouldnt i be able to install just the kit, and later on do all that?
you gotta be able to monitor the fuel bud. so now not really.

Why do you have an afc but no wideband??

anyway..

right off the agp site...

Stage 0- Works great and is my personal favorite. EDTIP mod and fooling the 2nd o2 sensor if no cat is on the car is needed if you don't want any CE lights, but those are both free and easy to do. Without the AGP fuel system, boost should be limited to low levels depending on the turbo, because of the size of injectors. 13-14psi is safe, while some people have ran 15-16 after checking a/f on a wideband o2 sensor. With the fuel kit, you can run as much boost as you want and make big power.

Stage 1- Some people say stage 1 is easier to tune with. No special procedures to avoid CE lights needs to be done. Everything else is the same as stage 0.

Stage 2- Stage 2 has larger injectors which allow you to run slightly more boost than stage 0/1 without the fuel system upgrade. Many have stage 2 and want a larger turbo. We have tons of customers running this setup. I would suggest a 50 trim as the perfect mate to stage 2. Bolting it on and 16-17psi should make 330-340hp. Without the fuel kit this will be the limit of what stage 2 can do. For alot of people, that is a great setup. Later you can always add the AGP fuel system.

When you come on here askin for opinions then listen to what people are telling you..GET A WIDEBAND FIRST stop trying to go around it.. but if you dont wanna listen to the guys who have done these mods first hand then w/e go blow up your motor
SAFC only lets you know how much fuel you are pulling out of your current supply. Not where your a/f ratios are and whether or not they are safe.

Trust me and the rest of the guys saying it. If you are going to mess with fuel and boost you need to have a wideband. Or get it tuned at a dyno and then don't touch it.

Wideband first, fuel and boost second. If you are using your SAFC already how do you know you are running safe or not. Your engine could be on the verge of blowing up any day.
