Now this i have to have confirmed, but while i was searching the globe for SRT-4's in Pa. i found on Autotrader.com a NJ dealer advertised in the NEW section for Neons (do a search for RT, new). THis dealer claims to be able to get a great deal if i submit a request (translation:get hounded for months to buy this thing at a substantially higher quote than 17k). I did it for the hell of it to see if its what it is cracked up to be. If i can get one for this price i am road tripping to Jersey asap to sign the paper and put the money down. I have a gut feeling this is just a lure to suck in potential buyers for the Summer (0k thats me but shut up!). Anyway, for fun go ahead a check it out, oh its for a red one, yeah baby!!!!.

He probably has it confused with an R/T. This would't be the first dealer to post the price around 17k only to reneg by saying someone made a mistake. R/T's sticker around 17k, SRT's do not :) .

I got a few quotes from like car fax and such can remember the source but dealer invoice was something like 17450 then a 585 destination charge which brought it to 18045 the dealer charged just 400 on top of that. People are pushing to sell this car for some reason not sure what the deal is but by the time I go to buy it im sure I will get it for under 18k

Invoice should be $18060 plus a destination of $515 for a total of $18575 at invoice. Dealer cost would be $17518 since that's the 3% holdback off of invoice and no dest. charge. If you get it for <$18K then that's a hell of a deal considering the dealer would essentially be selling it at a loss.
