Slave Cylinder bad?

IM wondering if my slave cylinder is bad. I put my hard pipes back in, and during installed we were pushing the slave cylinder back pretty far. It sucked cause we werent trying to, just was hitting it whne we tried to fit it. My clutch today feels super hard. Its like holy shit.

Could this mean the pushing back of the cylinder, broke it?? or that isnt possibly unless the car is on and running??
