Here are the results from today, modifications include Stage 2 w/Turbo Toys, Maxxfab 3 inch DP w/Cat, Mopar BOV, Mopar Exhaust. I couldnt get more then 15psi.

On DAB 3 = 232.9/260.0
On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 250.0/290.1
On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 253.8/288.3
On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 248.7/296.6

Then I let the car sit four about 2-3 hours, tightened the clamps with help from SkySRT4 , checked my WGA and it was a little bit off, we adjusted it, drove the car and the boost was going back to about 16-19 in third and fourth, car seemed to be pulling better, put it on the dyno again and here are the results =

On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 255.5/289.8
On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 250.7/293.8
On DAB 3 100 oct mode = 256.7/294.4 (Sprayed the intercooler with water bottle, I dont have the IC Sprayer hooked up yet)

Overall, I am dissapointed, my numbers on 100 oct seem lower then the guys running s2/toys on 91 octane. I have my NGK Plugs gapped at .040, Im running the MSD Wires. Only other thing I can think of is a leak from the Mopar BOV, on the left side of the bov, I have a small opening, I have the Forge BOV on order, going to give that a try, having the dealer replace my intercooler pipes and clamps, other then that, I dont know what else to do.

My previous dyno was 234/258 and that was with the Mopar Exhaust/Maxxfab DP w/Cat.

Want to say a special thanks again to Dave for providing us with nothing but the best help and information and thanks to SkySRT4 for helping me check for loose clamps. Other then swapping the BOV and Intercooler hoses :dunnowtft

1) I bet it was very hot at the dyno place
2) did you a/f ratio go off the chart at below 10:1

If you say yes to the above two items, then don't worry about the dyno result. Stage 2 is very sensitive to heat. Stage 2 will run super rich when it doesn't get the cooling that it expects.

Until he runs it on the track, we can't be sure his performance IS hindered.

Can someone host them for me? Im pretty sure the Mopar might be part of the problem, actually not the mopar plate itself, but the stock BOV, its kind of bent, very small gap on the right side

you got crazy tq these are my numbers with just s2 toys and AEM CAI stock exhaust

DAB3 233.44/255.19
DAB3 100 oct 252.88/279.15
DAB3 100 oct 254.54/279.11

It was 86 degrees at the dyno and vey humid also don't have ic sprayer working

exhaust is really killing my tq but soon hopefully get one

and top, you ran what? My point is that dynoing Stage 2 seems a crap shoot, while traps seem to support the power.

Has Paul dynoed his car on 100 octane?

Get a boost controller.

Paul did dyno but not on 100 Octane. I don't remember his numbers though.

How new are your wires? Perhaps you need to reset the ECU or let it learn. How long have you had Stage 2 installed? Does the WGA need adjusting? I've been in a Stage 2 car with the race gas button engaged and saw 20 lbs. Just some thoughts.

Take it to the track. You wouldn't be the first Stage 2 car to dyno poor and run well.
