Hopefully this link works. It is a PDF of the RPM school book used in the training. I got the images from neons.org and put them into PDF.

If this link doesn't work, can someone host the file? It is 1.82MB in size. I would e-mail it to whoever would want that, BUT that would be a pain-in-da-ass!!

You got my hopes up, and then I got a Page Cannot Be Displayed message. If its on Yahoo, they might have a bandwidth limit. I'll try later to see if I have any luck getting it.
