I have read in previous threads about them, but what are they exactly? How do they compare performance wise to new stiffer after market mounts? Are a good long term fix for wheel hop? Who selld them and how much are they? Do you put them in both top and bottom mounts, or just the top?

Thanks

They work great! They will get rid of the wheel hop! I have them in both my motor mounts. They are insert that go inside the stock mounts, the cost around $28.00 per mount. You can buy them at www.neoncars.com The REX inserts for the 2000+ are the ones that will work for our cars. They do last I had them in my 98 R/T for over two years with no problems. I've also had the aftermarket mounts on the 98 R/T and I really could not tell the difference! I just bought them last week to see how they would be in the SRT-4, and now I think its the best mod I've done so far!
The car feels much more solid!

Thanks Ryan! I've been dealing with it alot since the boost controller, so this is grerat news!. DO you have to pull the mounts off, or just put them in while they are on the car?

Thanks again

It only two bolts so I took them out, the inserts are a tight fit, but they come with good instructions, you work the inserts in and put the two bolts back in and thats it... no more wheel hop! Its very easy!
