well within the past 2-3 weeks I have noticed that my turbo is getting louder. Also it seems to sound as if it is starting to spool up before it even gets in the positive part of the boost guage. Saying it "seems" means I dont feel it pulling hard, but I can definitly start to hear it whistling when pressing on the gas to accelerate. My shift points are at 3k slowly at most....making it boost just over 0 on the boost guage. I have just broken 10k on my car today so maybe the car is breaking in more and I am worrying about nothing. When I get on it the boost is hitting higher and holding better than it has been so this leads me to believe it is in fact just breaking in more. I would just like some opinions if you guys could give some info. I will be making a video shortly too let everyone better understand. Oh yea I have the mpx turbo back exhaust and aem intake as mods too, but it just was never making the sound as if it was spooling in the negative area until recently. from about -8 till 0 is when i started hearing it.
Sucks working on salary basis. I then have school during evening everyday, but sunday evening. Those classes the whole week are 4pm-8pm. Basically what I am saying is I cant make it to the drag strip to see if I am doing better or worse for now. It does still feel as if its pulling just as hard if not harder since I have gotten more miles on it. Thanks for the reply....gotta get back to work.
