I have a few questions because I keep getting different answers.

1. Do I need a stage 1 to do any mods that involve me cranking the boost beyond 19 psi?
2. If I crank up my boost (saying my car is tuned with 650cc injectors and afc)will I throw a code?
3. Is it true anything above 19 psi the stock turbo only add torque rather than horsepower?
4. Whats a good safe a/f ratio for LO throttle and HI throttle?
5. Will a fuel pressure regulator benefit me? (please explain answer)
6. Will an upgraded compressor wheel help me run more boost?

1) No
2) Depends on many things, but if setup properly, No
3) You don't want to run the stock turbo that high, bad stuff will happen
4) Every car is different. On my car I ran 14.8-15.0 on low LOAD and 11.3-11.4 on High LOAD. Throttle doesn't mean anything.
5) Only if you want to use it as a band-aid for too small of injectors
6) Nope. An upgraded turbo will. The restriction is the turbine. A larger compressor wheel and higher boost will just drive the backpressure up to an even more insane level possibly causing all sorts of nasty issues such as an EGR effect.

Thanks for the reply. Because all I was getting is, you need a stage one before you do anything.
