Ok my question. we have a full powdercoating system at my work, so i am going to take in my valve cover and have it done, my question is when getting all the edges some will get on the underside of the valve cover. Will this matter or do i need to figure out a way to stop that? if so any sugestions? may sound retarded but i dont know. thanks guys

also i figure it will be easiest to do the whole thing and then take the paint off the letters and polish it afterwards.

I had mine done by Mopar211 and I had absolutely no residue (overspray coating) on the underside of the cover.

I had a CRX cover done once at a local shop and it looked like crap on the inside. Couldnt get that stuff off. Maybe just putting some plastic down there will avoid it.

do you think that the stuff being on the inside is a risk of getting in the motor or is it pretty much stay put? hmmm
