Pt non gt are slightly different.
Chrysler PT Cruiser GT (A855 engine), the SRT-4 version (A853 engine) has a different intake manifold required to package the engine in the Cruiser engine bay. but yes it fits. Though i feel the A853 is more reliable under heavy boost, but if you need a new power plant.
The non gt don't have oil squiters nor coolant lines in the back.
I thought guys have did complete swaps with them

Well u got a stock Turbo. U will need water lines. I don't need water lines.
the PT GT turbo and turbo lite options are exactly the same as a long block for the SRT, you will need to swap intake manifold and thermostat housing, other then that exactly the same.

Awesome because I just found a PT GT at the junkyard today and I need a motor so I only have to swap intake and thermostat but I’ve also heard dipstick tube
