Car appears to be running pretty rich also.
On runs 9&8 A/F dropped below 10:1, and all other pulls were 10.5 to 11 through RPM band, and 11 to 11.5 at redline.

My mods are:
Mopar Stage 1, JMB UPP pipe and catchcan, K&N CAI with breather filter on crankcase vent, Forge WGA, Turbo smart MBC set to 20psi spike and holding 18 and 14.5 to 15 at redline, CCA FMIC

Champion plugs at .045 with MSD wires

Any ideas on what is going on?

I dynoed 233hp and 258ft/lbs with just Stage 1 almost 1 year ago. I know that Dyno results vary with accuracy but is there anything I dont know that people can see by looking at the numbers?

I just dynoed yesterday. Stage 1, exhaust, NGKs gapped to.040 mopar wires & Filter. I got 250/279 corrected SAE smoothing = 0..

I'd bet if you reset the PCM, give it an aggressive re-learn, even in the form of 2 dyno runs, and point blank, always roll with the best gas you can find or afford.

If your running 20 pounds of boost I would suggest regaping your plugs to a .35 . You might be having some spark blow out. I had the best results with that gap and I had very similar mods. I put down 273 hp.. Another thing you should go with in the near future would be map clamp or other piggy back fuel system. With that you could lean your car out in the midrange, add some timing and still be within safe conditions.

I dont think the stock setup is meant to make good power at those levels of boost, anything over 17 psi is likely to cause a loss of power unless you clamp the MAP and other things to accommodate the higher boost. I would drop the boost to 17 psi max , reset the pcm and try the dyno again.

19psi on 91 octane gave me 265/298 with mods below. Very surprised...Octane plays a major roll whne you have exhaust done. When I put 91 and ran her it came out like 258/289 put in two shots of outlaw octane booster and I got the 265/298.

And before exhaust was done on 91 octane I was getting like 245/270

anyone else have any ideas? How probable is it that the car is retarding timing due to high boost/crappy gas, and that explains the lowers numbers?
