Well my buddy is no longer allowed in my car. Last night he opened my door and flung it open carelessly and scraped the bottom of the door molding on a high curb. The damage wouldnt be visible to the typical passerby or even visible to the passerby giving the car a good look over.... its just visible to a OCD owner.

So I am trying to decide what to do. Should I try and get that small piece repainted? I was thinking I might have to do this because later on down the road I dont want the paint to start peeling from that point. Should I just get a touch up marker? That might take away the eye sore of the white underneath. It by no means will fix it... cause the curb gouged the paint underneath the door....but would it would seal up any possible starting point for peeling. Or if I can find one.... find a replacement door molding from wrecked SRT-4 that is already painted flame red.... that way I dont have to worry about matching paint.

Suggestions?
