I have new brake calipers, new rotors and new pads to install.
I also plan on doing the wheel bearings (and all of the suspension) too.

So while I'm back there & changing everything out.....I might as well change out the parking brake shoes too, right?
(they're only like $16/set, for both sides)

I would think those shoes would last the life of the car unless you do lots of emergency braking. I have to repair my emergency brake handle mounting points. They break and even when you pull the handle all the way up the car will still move on a slight incline. For now I put it in gear and I sometimes will use a wheel chock.

Mine were loose from day one
So I tightened the star wheels a bit.
Just enough until the wheel just catched.
Still a nice firm parking brake lever 15 years later.
I do leave the tranny in 1st if parking on a steep hill.
