Wiseco or JE pistons? Also, can the stock rods be used with either set of pistons?

JE & Wiesco are the same company. I have ran JE's in my 2.0 Gen1 & Wiescos in my 2.4T from bstockum.com. Both looked identical & had the same install sheet.
