How hard is the safc II to tune and all do you just look at you air fuel and where it is lean go in to the safc II and add fuel where it needs it in that rpm range and also what is the hi/lo throttle setting what is that i want to get the AGP KIT and the injectors pump and safc II but want to know how hard it will be to tune

If you don't know what you will be doing let someone local that does do it for you. it should always be done on a dyno too.
go online and search for the english manual. get youself ready for the SAFC II.
it's very easy to tune once you know it's features.
