need help with my srt-4

So i put on my downpipe and go test it out and everything is fine until a couple miles it just starts bogging out and will only go to about 4k rpm and only will boost at 5 pounds...? any ideas???

Exhaust leak??? Boost leak ??

Make sure everything was reinstalled correctly.
