You do not really need to torque the bolts down to a certain spec.. As long as you tigthen them tight enough, You won't have any problems.

Removing the stock downpipe is pretty easy, Once you get the car in the air (jackstands/lift/etc etc), You can see the stock downpipe. The downpipe will unbolt from the stock o2 housing by 4 bolts. You will need a long extension and rachet, And you can get them from under the car. Remove the o2 sensor aswell. You can see where the downpipe connects to the rest of the exhaust, just untigthen the bolt, And wiggle/force/pull it out of there, It might be a bit tough, I used a straight screw driver and a hammer on the little circle piece where they connect, to hammer the downpipe off the rest of the exhaust, when I first did it, Being it was ''stuck'' in place.
The main important thing is to use WD40!!!!!!!!

Ther are 3 studs and one bolt at the 12 oclock. That bolt you need to spray the nut from the engine bay. That nut ahs a tab, when you turn the bolt the tab will make contact with the 02 housing. If you dont spray it, the tab will bend or break then the nut will free spin and you cant get a wrench on it.

Just dont overtighten the bolts when you install them back and you shoudl be good.

US wd40 also to take your catback off your DP.

wd40 or PB BLaster... both god's gift to mechanics.
just tried PB on that damn bolt with the tab. did nothing. Even had a wrench holding it...absolutely nothing. still bent. any easy fix for this? or do you just have to have someone hold that nut down into place? Im still trying to figure out why dodge didnt just weld that nut into place.
dude i was in the same boat as you...lol after taking the down pipe off 4 times its REALLY REALLY easy i can do most of it w/o a jack and all you have to go down for is the clamp and pulling the down pipe out of the cb. its fun to install your own parts. ive never taken my car to a shop to get work done i get help from locals who are awesome, and install my own mods

if your bolt is bent, i suggest cutting it off. if you cant do that, hammer the fvck out of it. get that thing out!

Alright. If i cut it off, how will i be able to unscrew that bolt out with the nut spinning around? Would hammering keep that nut held? Thanks for your help man!
