Hey I was wondering if someone could tell me what this weird winding noise is whenever boost kicks in or I accelerate. I just put on the BOV and it's making this somewhat obnoxious noise...I don't think it's the turbo or the intake "sucking" in air. Coould it be a messed up gasket? If someone knows what I'm talking about it would help alot. Thanks

You sure it's not the turbo spooling up? A turbo makes a "winding" noise when it first kicks in until it gets up to speed.

Yeah I'm pretty dure it's not just the turbo spooling...It happens from about -10 to 14 psi....I'm just hoping I didn't screw up the gasket upon install and if I did if that's a noise that would happen...thanks though :ugh:

something is leaking.

a. your plate is on backwards
b. the three bolts are not evenly tightened/torqued.
c. something else that you removed, loosened is not secured.
