Here's some pics of the October 9th Mopar Day at Milan Dragway. I've got vids of everyone's launch on the second run, but it'll take me a while to find a place to host them and upload them.

Preparing for battle!

Off to war. Sound the trumpets! I mean BOV's!

Is this the line for the free beer?

You can't beat me, I've got an SRT4. Oh, wait. You've got one, too.

Showdown between good and evil, but which is which?

"Das! Wrong lane!" Not a good sign for Das, clutch problems on the first run.

Trying to figure out what went wrong.

Pics of some of the other cars there (couldn't take pics of them all, there were waaaaaaay too many).

Who let these guys in? SECURITY!

Not SRT's but close

These guys make an SRT look like a pedal-car going down the strip

When I was a kid, Hot Wheels cars were a lot smaller

Congrats go out to 1fastchick aka (Alyce) for her first ever finals!! She gave it away with a red light though. But either way she made it and I didn't so good for her!

New stage 2 set up was not dialed in yet for me. I think it's a ton better right now though. Day late and a dollar short though.

If SRT4GUY was to show up and run his car he might have busted out a 12.6 @ 108? So had he showen up we would have had to give him a big thumbs up for the new best by .200. That would have been awsome! Wink Wink.

(srt4guy's SRT-4 speaking) :
"Yes, FINETUNER, it was a great way to end the season :yasum: . I'd like to thank Mopar for the Stage 2, ED for that huge intercooler, M&H for sticky meats, and my supremely awesome owner John for great care and skilled driving :shift: ....he ROCKS"

John's Back:
If I can get this damn thing uploaded (having trouble uploading to my gallery) I have an awesome pic of my burnout during the 12.69 run.

My car told me me to tell you Kiss it's ass and we'll see you in the spring. You got lucky. Had Das not screwed around with trying to throw stage 2 on and tune in 8hrs before the event Car thinks 12.5 would have went down based on track prep.

That car of mine has an huge EGO!!! So don't listen to it. Nice run John.

My best was 12.868 @ 97.99 mph
My worse was a new worse for the year 18.221 @ 54.03 mph

Scott, sent you a PM, pretty sure I have unlimited space on my domain to host pics, vids, whatever you want as long as it is not XXX stuff (don't want to run in to trouble with my host company).

Also, it was a great day, those who didn't show up missed out. I ran my best time yet this year. While it is not that great of an ET (so what), the trap speed shows how well Stage 2 pours on the coals in 3rd and 4th gear. I ran a [email protected] with a .151 RT, 2.209 60', 1/[email protected]/85.07 MPH, 1000'@11.440. All on street tires. It is evident that the car is spinning all the way through the 1/8th and not hooking up until 3rd gear, amazing that it can reach a trap speed of 107. I was well pleased and will have slicks in South Bend!
