While we are on the subject, I have not opened my airbox yet, but from the pics I've seen, looks like the hood mod bypasses the filter. Am I wrong? Not doing the hood, but curious.

No it doesn’t bypass the filter because the filter is attached to the outlet side of the airbox. I thought it was smart of them to do this…So we can just cut the hole and go.

I think it would be great also to cover one of the holes that dumps on top of the manifold. That wah you can get more air to enter the filter. If you take off your plastic scoop, you can see the two large holes for the turbo.

Maybe cover the manifold one and leave the turbo oneopen.
