No that is NOT normal. Looks to me like when it was tightened down, it was cross threaded, and forced in to the mount. It doesn't look like it was fully seated and has been slapping back and forth on the chassis. If it has been like that since you got it, and you haven't touched it, I'd say bring it in and have it fixed.
I don't know if you interpreted what I said correctly; but if you did I apologize and you can disregard this message.
I am assuming that the point where the mount attaches to the chassis was not elongated/worn when you purchased the car. If the bolt was improperly tightened from the factory, this wearing/elongating pattern would only occur after you drove the car for a while.
If this is the case, the problem should be fixed for you at the dealerships cost; not yours.
On the other hand, if the cross threading was caused by you, then I guess you are correct in saying you'll have to fix that "shit," this weekend.
