Is it safe to use stock rubber- 205/50/17 on my new 17x7 rims?

Im debating. Of course due to money issues.

If it isnt. Then i will get an all new set of tires that will be 225/45/17's.

Got the black tuner lugs. waiting for my 3mm wheel spacers.

Yes, that's what I'm running on mine. Stock BFG's on 17x7 Falken Torque 5's. When I wear those out I will be getting a 225/45/17.
